Orders are generally shipped immediately after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 1 - 5 business days to arrive.


About Ordering

Most of our items are in stock and shipped promptly from the time of purchase. However, special items may require 7 to 14 days for delivery. If an item is not in stock due to a supplier outage, we will ship your order as soon as possible. In the rare situation that there may be a problem with the shipping date, we will email or call you.

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship in the United States.

We ship almost entirely via UPS and USPS. Most orders ship out from our Central Florida location promptly after receiving your order. However, if we happen to be out of an item, due to supplier shortages or large volume orders, we will make every effort to contact you regarding your backorder and we will ship your order as soon as possible.

You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order and can print your confirmation for your records.

Free Shipping offers will apply to U.S. Mainland addresses ONLY.

* Please note that due to the size and weight of several of our large and heavy items they will be shipped via common carrier truck almost exclusively. We will contact you with the exact shipping charges before processing your order. Thank You for your cooperation.

*Any additional UPS charges due to incorrectly entered information for your order will be the customers responsibility. (Address corrections, etc.)

Cancellations

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible in order to get it to you in a timely manner. If you decide you must cancel your order, please do so by calling 321.804.6880 immediately after placing your order to arrange the cancellation.

No emailed cancellations can be accepted.

Orders cancelled before shipment, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipping, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee and shipping charges are not refundable. Once the order has shipped, it becomes the customer's responsibility to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us. This RMA number must be obtained once your order has arrived to you. Get your RMA number from us by calling our office at 321.804.6880.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition in the original packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (shipping charges not included).

Manufacturers Warranties will be honored through the manufacturer.

When your package arrives we want it to be better than you expected. If it is not, we want to know about it. We encourage you to contact us by e-mail or by phone to resolve any issues regarding purchases or products.

In the event that merchandise is damaged in shipment, please retain merchandise, records and all packing materials for inspection by carrier. Contact us at 321.804.6880 to initiate the claims process.
