The Sake home brew kit contains 10 grams of Koji-Kin, enough to make approximately 22 liters of sake (14%-19% ABV) and comes with very detailed instructions on the making of homebrew sake.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Yeast, Citric Acid and or hops, medium grain rice.
